Weekly Goals - 10/10

How are you doing with writing your goals each week?  How are you doing with accomplishing them each week?  If you're having a hard time completing all your goals, re-think what is very important and what needs to be only done in that week.  Plan how you will accomplish each goal.  Now go get'er done!  Here are my goals for the week:


PROFESSIONALLY:

1.       Follow up with all current and potential customers

a.       Complete by 10/16

2.       Talk to 5 ppl a day about BB

a.       Complete by 10/16

3.       Check into BB Back Office at least once a day

a.       Complete by 10/16

PERSONALLY:

1.       Send Coach T goals

a.       Complete by 10/13

2.       Participate in 10 Day Give Challenge

a.       Complete by 10/12

3.       Make a calendar of events for my family this week

a.       Complete by 10/10

4.       Attend all weekly church services

a.       Complete by 10/16

PHYSICALLY:

1.       Follow week 6 of P90x/Insanity hybrid and track in WOWY.

a.       Complete by 10/16

2.       Add an extra cardio session in 4 times this week

PROFESSIONALLY:

1.       Upload YT vids and Blog about Shakeology, Workouts and additional topics

a.       Complete by 10/9

2.       Complete all courses under “Game Plan Activities” in the Coaches Training Academy.

a.       Complete by 10/9

3.       Check into BB Back Office at least once a day

a.       Complete by 10/9

PERSONALLY:

1.       Expand on all Goals and assign a deadline

a.       Complete by 10/9

2.       Participate in 10 Day Give Challenge

a.       Complete by 10/12

3.       Make a calendar of events for my family this week

a.       Complete by 10/4

4.       Attend all weekly church services

PHYSICALLY:

1.       Follow week 5 of P90x/Insanity hybrid and track in WOWY.

2.       Update measurements and pics

a.       Complete by 10/9

3.       Take Fit Test #2

a.       Complete by 10/7

4.       Add an extra cardio session in 4 times this week
