Today was Day 5 of the P90x/Insanity hybrid. I'm almost a week in and I absolutely love this hybrid! My workout consisted of Legs & Back and Insane Abs. OMG! I forgot how CRA-ZEE insane abs was! My whole core was burning!. I decided to add in some cardio - TF HIIT 20. I just love the energy and movitation that Chalene Johnson has. My legs have been on FIYAH all day from these workouts, plus the fact I've been walking up and down my steps. WHEW! NO MORE EXCUSES! Get your body moving!
OAN: I'll be glad when I finally hit the bed tonight.
