Well, after 10 days of doing my P90x/TF hybrid, I decided to switch over to complete the P90x/Insanity hybrid. I decided to change up because I had been doing TF for a couple of months and wanted to give my body and muscles a different routine. With this change in my workout regimen, I'm also scaling back on my food intake, primarily carbs. While I will need them as energy to complete my workouts, I'm limiting them as well as removing bread. Oh BOY....I'm praying, keeping my fingers, toes and eyes crossed that I can make that work!
Two was Day 2 of the hybrid and I had Plyo Cardio Circuit on deck. MAN, I forgot at how much you can sweat from the Insanity workouts! I was completely drenched and LOVED every bit of it.
