Well, this blog is about "What I Will Do" this week as far as my goals. Below I have listed a couple (not all) of my goals for the week for each category under Physical, Personal, Spiritual and Professional.
PHYSICAL:
- Complete at least three two-a-day workouts.
- Complete Shakeology Cleanse Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
- Pay all bills that are due this week, on time.
- Spend at least 15 mins each morning in devotion time.
- Read at least two chapters from my personal training book.
- Upload at least two You Tube videos.
- Blog at least three workouts.
