Weekly goals - 9/19

I did such a great job on my goals last week! I'm so proud of myself after the previous two weeks were pretty rough.  My goals this week are also shorter because I'm starting school again which means I need to figure out what my schedule will look like.  So, here's to this week!

PROFESSIONALLY:

1.       Complete goals for the next 60 days for BB business

a.      Complete by 9/20

2.       Complete all courses under “Game Plan Activities” in the Coaches Training Academy.

a.       Complete by 9/24

3.       Post “preview videos” of P90x2 

a.       Complete by 9/23

4.       Develop outline/plan for upcoming Mental Challenge

a.       Complete by 9/20
PERSONALLY:

1.       Start school

a.       Complete by 9/20

2.       Make a calendar of events for my family this week

a.       Complete by 9/19

3.       Find a new personal development book to read

a.       Complete by 9/20
PHYSICALLY:

1.       Follow week 3 of P90x/Insanity hybrid and track in WOWY.

a.       Complete by 9/24

2.       Take measurements

a.       Complete by 9/23

3.       Add an extra cardio session in 3 times this week
