Weekly Goals - 9/26

Here are my goals for the week.  I'm excited to say that I did awesome last week and excited for another great week.  So, here goes.......

PROFESSIONALLY:

1.       Complete all courses under “Game Plan Activities” in the Coaches Training Academy.

a.       Complete by 10/1

2.       Check into BB Back Office at least once a day

a.       Complete by 10/2

3.       Advertise for  Mental Challenge

a.       Complete by 9/28
PERSONALLY:

1.       Complete all school assignments on time

a.       Complete by 10/2

2.       Make a calendar of events for my family this week

a.       Complete by 9/26

3.       Complete September monthly finances

a.       Complete by 10/2
PHYSICALLY:

1.       Follow week 4 of P90x/Insanity hybrid and track in WOWY.

a.       Complete by 10/2

2.       Update measurements and pics

a.       Complete by 10/1

3.       Eat meals from my club membership meal planner.

a.       Complete by 10/2

4.       Add an extra cardio session in 3 times this week
