Weekly Goals for 9/12

Ok, so I'm not sure what happened to last week but it FLEW by!  Needless to say, I didn't accomplish most of the goals on my list last week. I'm disappointed but I can't dwell on it, only move forward.  So,with that being said, you'll see some old ones as well as new ones.  This week I really need to concentrate and focus on this list. 

PROFESSIONALLY:

1.       Contact potential customers and follow up with existing ones.

a.       Complete by 9/16

2.       Get Domain names – team beachbody, shakeology and blog page.

a.       Complete by 9/17

3.       Complete all courses under Business Essentials in the Coaches Training Academy.

a.       Complete by 9/16

4.       Start studying Personal Training Material – read a chapter a day

a.       Complete by 9/17
PERSONALLY:

1.       Update family financials and goals.

a.       Complete by 9/16

2.       Continue daily devotions.

a.       Continuous

3.       Get the carpets cleaned

a.       Complete by 9/17

4.       Re-evaluate my goals for the next 12 months.

a.       Complete by 9/17
PHYSICALLY:

1.       Follow week 2 of P90x/Insanity hybrid and track in WOWY.

a.       Complete by 9/17

2.       Track my meals every day.

a.       Continuous

3.       Drink at least 100oz of H2O every day.

a.       Continuous

4.       Get hair done.

a.       Complete by 9/17
